It seems like there should have been some mention or a few POVs from Malkieri or Tinker Aes Sedai to show how their worldviews are changing.
For example, have all the Malkieri Aes Sedai heard of Lan's march and gone to join him or have they forsaken rebuilding Malkier in favor of the Tower? According to earlier in the series, many a Malkieri Sister became embroiled in schemes and missions to reclaim their land somehow, so it seems strange that we don't hear of some of them slipping off to rejoin their people.
This goes back to my overall critique that the repercussions of some of the influences that the main characters set off don't really get explored, so it seems like the rest of the world is stagnant until the main characters get there. I'd rather see a POV from someone being spurred to action by something a main character did than a nobody who has no idea what's going on.
