Can anyone point me to a list of various mistakes, inaccuracies, continuity errors, etc. in TGS?

The way that Mat was all of a sudden concerned about the drama that he was putting into the aliases he was coming up with. It made me laugh, but it was completely out of character for him.
If I'd have met a character behaving like Mat does in say, Way of Kings, I'd have laughed and enjoyed it. But because this was supposed to be Matrim Cauthoun, I cringed.
