I loved the book, and nevertheless spotted a number of mistakes, etc. That said, I'm sure that I didn't spot them all. (For example, I wasn't paying close attention to the deployment of troops around Tar Valon or whether Gawyn was in a spot where he needed to cross a river to get to Egwene.)
I'd be very interested to read a collection of mistakes or inconsistencies in TGS. I seem to remember that wotmania used to have such a collection for prior books.

There's no comprehensive list anywhere I think (unlike previous books, there are really many in TGS, most of them very minor). The various MB all started their own (at least I believe DM, Theoryland, 13D did. I think at RAFO it's spread over many threads) that eventually got sent to Brandon/Maria, but I don't have any links to those threads.
Perhaps Bob from WOT Encyclopedia has his usual list up-to-date for TGS, but I don't think he's reached that point in his updates.
