If i recall correctly, there was a Q&A where RJ stated that balefire didnt necessarily prevent the DO from transmigrating a soul. Clearly it contradicts what the DO says in the story as well as general consensus. i'll try to find the quote.
It doesn't contradict anything. Balefire doesn't prevent Shai'tan from reincarnating his Forsaken, it just kills people backward in time. Shai'tan only has a limited time to seize the newly deceased before it is inaccessible. Balefire simply kills the victim back in time, so that Shai'tan doesn't have a chance to seize the soul.
As for the rest of your post, I'm not sure what you're trying to say, or what purpose it would serve.
The first rule of being a ninja is "do no harm". Unless you intend to do harm, then do lots of harm.
