I'm betting just about any Aes Sedai could get into the royal library

Also I believe the royal library in Cairhien is one of the best in the world. Lots of books that don't exist elsewhere. Where is Moiraine from? Cairhien and of the royal family (minor cousin), no less. I imagine she went to the library whenever she coudl and used her connections to get ready for the reappearance of the Forsaken . .
And Moiraine was King Laman's niece, so she was a little more than a 'minor cousin'. But still, any random Aes Sedai trumps even the King's niece.
