Something of a marital statute of limitations will come into play

I think it's problematic that Faile apparently doesn't want that Perrin finds out her character's true toughness, although they are married for some time now. And all of Faile's helpers agreed to kill Masema; maybe Perrin would agree with it as well, if it is properly explained. Seems Faile either doesn't trust Perrin very much or feels that their relationship is actually too fragile to risk telling Perrin even such things like that she killed a mad man who just tried to murder Perrin.
Once a certain amount of time has elapsed, the revelation will be less of an issue. She can write it off claiming "Well I was all traumatized from my captivity, and hearing that he tried to kill you made me snap." This is one of those things that isn't going to be a big deal down the road, but in the heat of the moment could cause all sorts of unecessary arguments.Plus, as said, if Perrin reports back to Rand, he could certainly better explain that Masema had to die because of his evil deeds, than that he lost Masema again (I also don't see who should find the corpses in the middle of nowhere). At least the Masema case can be closed then, in Rand's view.
If it gets too problematic, they can always reveal the truth. Given all that is on Rand's plate, Maseema is very much an "out of sight, out of mind" issue. Rand isn't going to worry about him if he is not making any trouble. And too, assuming she's actually thought through all the ramifications is kind of a leap. Much more likely, it was a reflexive, "Spot threat - kill threat" type of reaction, that she carried out because she was PO'ed at Maseema for trying to kill her husband, recalling the arguments about his disposal from before her capture and wanting to actually act with the upper hand and exert some power for a change, after so long in the underdog/clandestine role.

Perrin is a very delicate chap who can't stand the thought of murder? *NM*

But certainly Faile could explain him, why this deed was necessary in her view. *NM*

Because Perrin is very slow and simple and finds it easier to hack off someone's head then stab them
