Slight correction: Osan'gar is Aginor in a male body.
Aran'gar, whom is Balthamel in a female body, is still alive.
Thus it wasn't a "she" who died, but a "he".
and Osan'gar did not die to balefire, but a massive explosion of fire, meaning he may have been transmigrated to another body.

True, (except for the bit about about the soul bending to the body, and the body to the soul, and almost forgetting being a man at times) but how many chances does the DO give before he just says "ok, you stay dead this time, since you can't seem to STAY ALIVE whenever I bring you back...My chosen are always the strongest. You obviously are not" I think at this juncture in the series we won't be seeing any more transmigrations of dead forsaken.
There are two things that can determine if Graendal died, and it has nothing to do with the plot...

No, the 'pattern' indicates that neither Graendal nor Semirhage died.
