I mean, I don't think we have really seen any evidence that the seals have already failed (at least, to my knowledge). As far as I understand it, there have actually been some implications that the seals are still functioning, and Rand has to do something with them in the future. I admit that I don't really remember a lot about this subject, so if there is evidence to suggest otherwise I suppose it is possible.
i like your post--because what you say fits the criteria that BS didnt see the idea in his lurking.
It would be great if you could think of (to the best of your recollection at least) the implications that the seals are still functioning. I really do like when my ideas are debunked b/c i tend to obsess on a thought and I hate finding out i was wasting my time when i could have already been back to the drawing board.
I think it's important to hear those implications that they are functioning because we STILL have to ask ourselves--what is the basis for the implication--i.e. is the basis the "jordanesque" thing that is commonly misunderstood by the characters in the book? or rather is it an objective implication that the seals still function?
I mean, the ramifications would really be HUGE if the seals had already been broken this entire time.
