I basically agree, but I think Ishamael manipulated the Dreamworld so that it reflected Rand's conceptions of things as Ishamael talked about them, rather than Ishamael actually creating the details of each illusion.

Somewhat like creating a scent that smells different depending on who is breathing it in.
