Not really. Rand disliked Moiraine. He came to understand her value at the end - and respect her more and more, but not to like her.

Rand's feelings for Moiraine after "she died" are twisted. He started putting her on a pedestal, in part out of misplaced guilt about her death. She had also one major quality the others around him had not: she was no longer there! Had Moiraine remained, she most likely would have ended up in much the same spot as Egwene or Cadsuane in Rand's eyes.
