Especially since Slayer's abilities were virtually unknown at the time of the killing and all the Forsaken POV's we've seen evidence a lack of knowledge regarding how he died, indicating that the Dark One did not tell any of them to deliver the death order.
Plus, we've already seen the Dark One's preferred methods of punishment - retrieval of the Forsaken so they can be humbled in front of the other Chosen and made an example of failure. The Dark One doesn't kill them for disobedience.
