I've made it. I was playing it all day today. I am the Seanchan and have conquered 2/5 of the map.
In seriousness though, I haven't made all new units (or any new units). That takes too long. Basically what I've made is the WoT map using Rome Total War units/cultures. I have changed all the symbols to look like the right country's flag/sigil.
It takes too long to make units from scratch. I might be willing to put in more work if there is an easy way to port all of Medieval Total War 2 units into Rome Total War. Is there some way to do that?
I do not know how to release what I've made because it is about 4 Gigabytes in size. I don't have anywhere to host that type of file size nor do I have a way to email it to anyone.
