Your conclusion seems to be that skill always trumps strength. But the evidence only shows that better skills can make up for lower strength in some situations.

Cyndane is one of the most skilled channelers ever. Compared to her, Alivia is essentially an incredibly strong retard. How close in skill to cyndane would Alivia have to be in order for the tables to turn against Cyndane? If we knew the answer to this question we would be able to assess how strong your statement is.

Certainly skill can make up for a lack of strength, and strength can make up for a lack of skill. But it is a continuum, not just "skill beats strength" or "strength beats skill".
