Some people also believed that Sammael survived. BS indicated that he will let us guess till ToM, but then give a "toast"-confirmation. However, while the little chance is there, nothing really suggests that Graendal survived, since Rand surprisingly balefired Graendal's palace and her Compulsion vanished then.
