I also wonder, if the Oaths of the Forsaken to the DO (probably those Oaths are in some way backed up by the TP) wouldn't prevent that you take the Three Oaths, since the Three Oaths might hinder you from doing some things which could help the Shadow (like lying or killing with the OP).
On the other hand, we saw that the captured Forsaken could also support the Lightside, so maybe the Forsaken Oaths aren't that tight.
