Strictly speaking, the oath doesn't prevent you from lying, only from speaking any word that is not true. Since individual words cannot generally be said to be said to be lies, the oath can only prevent you from using words that are not true words, like slang words. As long as you stick to words found in the Randland equivalent of the OED, you should be fine.
Considering how frequently the books mention Aes Sedai trying to get around the oath with technicalities, I'm surprised this interpretation hasn't come up.
In any case, evading this oath should be no trouble at all for a sufficiently pedantic White, and probably not for Mesaana either.
