Graendal was redundant for the plot at this point. RJ had to find some way to get rid of her, and IMO he found a good one.
Semirhage - supposedly the best in this - already failed to subvert Rand & Co. Certainly it would have been even easier to break Graendal.
i was thinking how dissapointing the graendal story line was and i thought it would of been alot more entertaining if she was captured and then began subverting rands group from the inside
