It seems to me that Taim's skills are skewed towards personal protection, manipulation of the human body and control - not quite a match for the training Elayne received from the Windfinders, the Tower, Egwene (hence, some benefits of the damane and Wise One training system) and others.
Taim was a lesser False Dragon compared to Logain, IMO, because his knowledge of channeling extends in a different direction. That being said, I still think he's a potent threat, just that he may have a few tricks in his sleeves but I think Elayne would be more dynamic and able to destroy him without worrying about it too much.

Well I'd go for Taim. I'll usually go for a very high strength channeler because they tend to have an affinity for the One Power not seen in weaker channelers. Taim's also Forsaken trained I think and that would make him extremely dangerous. Of course, if Taim is Moridin then the result of this debate is a foregone conclusion

I always like to think that Egwene, Elayne and Aviendha Linked can match Rand.
