for someone who is always preaching about effectiveness he has a remarkably loose idea of what the word means. Let's face it, there are literally dozens of ways a lone male channeler could have killed these women! We've seen how incredibly poor the AS fighting abilities are, the "Battle Ajah" didn't really live up to the name in TGS. After learning one Sister died from a wall being collapsed on her I'm pretty sure a 12 year old with a stick might be able to take some of these women


The continued belief that only strength matters is irritating. RJ has shown too many times that it is but one factor.

I think the AS have been poor in the face of battle since shortly after the Trolloc Wars. Training became accelerated, standards dropped and I'd bet a lot of weaves went to the grave with their AS! The Tower IMO became a Political entity and really very little more thanks largely to Tetsuan. Seemingly she was the first Amyrlin to be publicly castigated for her role in the fall of Manetheren ... it's kind of like the Catholic Church allowing Satanists to slaughter everyone in Spain because the King of Spain had more influence than the Pope... people would probably lose a lot of respect for the Church for allowing such a despot to rule.
