*drumroll* ... I estimate Alivia to be at about 90. Nynaeve actually thinks that Alivia can only tear down half the Sun Palace Taim can destroy the farm as far as the eye can see and I think his strength is similar to Alivia's.

I think Elayne's claim is more impressive, since her eye can see only her room, and she still thinks she can destroy the whole palace.
Who knows, maybe she can destroy all of the Inner City!
