I might be wrong, because I don't remember that particular scene that clearly.
I don't recall her mentioning anything about living forever in that chapter, it's just her usual arrogance. What suggests to me that they are indeed already immortal is Moghedien. She thinks of asking the Great Lord to grant immortality to Nynaeve so she can torture her for eternity. Someone might try to twist her words, sure, but the conclusion is that Moggy thinks herself immortal already.
What makes the Forsaken immortal?
