1st - in tGS, Rand explaining to Nynaeve why he can't care anymore. It is one of three scenes in the series that made me cry.

Saldaeans. The rest of them suck.

Don't have one.

The Gathering Storm

10. Favourite scene
1st - Rand banishing Cadsuane. It was long overdue.
2nd - Rand balefiring Graendal's palace.
3rd - Nynaeve leading soldiers and servants to find out about the messenger. She rocked in that scene and showed the leadership skills everyone has tried to squash in her.

12. Most irritating character
1st - Egwene "Mary Sue" al'Vere
2nd - Cadsuane
3rd - the Wise Ones with Rand. They need to die.

13. Best plot resolution for you
Rand's "hardness", I suppose. The other resolutions in the book did nothing for me.

14. Brandon Sanderson was spot on with which characters
Rand and Cadsuane

15. Characters that differed the most with RJ and Brandon
Nynaeve, oddly. While BS brought back some of what Nynaeve used to be, he later made her regress and turn into a spineless lapdog for Cadsuane.

16. Biggest disappointment in the book

1st - Nynaeve's progression, building up to be intelligent and formidable only to be turned into a hapless idiot who is dominated by Cadsuane.

2nd - The fact that every single person in Egwene's story is written to be as dumb as a box of rocks to make her look more brilliant. It would have been nice to see her face some real challenges to her authority instead of being able to bulldoze everyone with a glare or snapping. Why not just have little miss perfection go to Shayol Ghul and bully the Dark One into crawling out of the Pattern and disappearing once and for all? Who the hell needs Rand when you have that kind of bullying perfection??

3rd - Semirhage. A spanking? Really? She was built up to be Cadsuane's mirror image (badass, egotistical, superior) only to be broken by something that Egwene laughs at? I suppose that means that Cadsuane will be cowed by Egwene when she meets her. *rolleyes*

17. Character you wished to see but who didn't show up much
I'd say Mat, but he was too cartoonish to enjoy much, so basically no one.

1st: "punch her in the face"
2nd: Tam calling Cadsuane a bully
