We've seen Sisters as weak as Verin and Alanna able to Travel, and Beonin makes a HUGE Gateway in KoD ... yet we know she's not even as strong as Moiraine... the only time we've seen a channeler say anything about someone being stronger because of a larger Gateway was Logain and he could also feel how much saidin Rand was drawing and they were at least drawing the same power. Trying to equate the size of a weave in saidar v. saidin is completely impossible. And who knows, maybe Aviendha's alternative weave will make it easier for a woman to Travel... then how do you make the determination?
