Lanfear was a OP researcher, Mesaana was an instructor, and Demandred is second only to LTT, surely one of them has the knowledge, or at least enough to figure it out.

My pet theory is that the creation of angreal/sa'angreal took not only circles, but a long time. Remember with the CK the guide mentions "the final stages of construction" meaning it wasn't a simple weave you dropped on an object as is the case with cuendillar.


It didn't take very long to reproduce the dream ter'angreal.

So, why not just make ter'angreal? They're better than nothing. They could make Wells, for example, so that they could have constant access to the OP, even if shielded.
