Re: Moridin has an unfair advantage over all channelers

My point was that no channeler would be able to defend against Moridin's attacks anyway. Without the ability to deteck his attacks, it would be like Rand vs Lanfear again (except Moridin wouldn't be toying with other channelers if he actually wanted to kill them).
Cadsuane might not be used to defending herself properly, but that won't mean much against a channeler who can kill her before she even knows she's under attack.

Hmm, Rand was able to defend himself against Moridins attacks. Granted he used Callandor when he did but that only meant extra strength. I do not know how it is possible to deflect TP attacks when you cannot sense them coming but then I don't know how any channeler can defend against attacks of the opposite gender either. Somehow it must be possible to do this or Rand would have been defeated at the end of the 3rd book.
My original idea was that Cadsuane would not even know to try to do this until it was already too late. It has however been pointed at me in this thread that we don't actually know with certainty if she has a ter'angreal like the foxhead. Still, she might still get burned by relying on her ornament that detects saidin and think Moridin is not channeling when he is.

Yes, that's the quote. So the question is, how much of his own way does he have... *NM*

She wouldn't have to die... just come incredibly close to it + pile on a mountain of humiliation.

She is going to die soon anyway probably. Why not be crushed like a bug by Moridin?

Do you have a quote of someone defending against an attack with TP?
