If you actually compare the "value/weight" of a score of 160 to a score of 100, then you draw it on a linear "value/weight" scale, then you will see that it is way different.

"VALUE/WEIGHT" The IQ is capped at 200 as a arbitrary max, while someone with an IQ of 200 is not necessary twice as smart as someone with an IQ of 100. The distribution has been used as a scale itself, so it's normalized in that way.
