any of the forsaken could crush Cadsuane like a bug. Same goes for Rand and Cadsuane. He would destroy her before she could act.
I always took it from the readings and character development too that Elayne and Egwene are stronger than any other sisters just less refined. I took it that Avi is stronger than both of them but not by much.
So, I think you got the order pretty much right.
