The army of Night, fighting against the Seanchan Empire, surely have linked channelers

And the victory of the EVA showed that linking is not a silver bullet. Sure, 20 strong damanes can not shield a circle of 10 linkered average strength channelers. But the damanes can send 20 clubs of air from all different directions to knock out the channelers and remove them from the link. Or prolong the battle until exhaustion kicks in and the strength of the link becomes too weak.
A lion certainly can be defeated by a pack of wild dogs. Surprise attack, or sniper attack is used today very effectively.
In a head-to-head fair fight, surely the linked channelers will win. But in the battle field, no one care about dueling or fairness.
Let us look at the example of Alivia. I can make a reasonable argument that she is not born under the rule of the Seanchan Empire. The speed she embraced freedom makes it much more likely she was free, or even a ruler like Elaida before her capture. Thus she was likely captured by damanes weaker than her. If damanes can capture Alivia, they surely have proven methods to deal with stronger channelers or a link.

Learning traveling will help the Seanchan, but the AS still have the advantage.

They were losing at Dumai's Wells. That's why they had to tie off Rand's shield

No, the superpower is the "atomic bomb-like" weapon at the Kin's farm that melted sand.

All that will do is take the best fighters out of action.

So can soldiers. Lots of Taraboners, Altarans, etc in Seanchan army.

Oh, yes. Because damane NEVER fight soldiers, and would thus ignore them.

Do you really think the Aes Sedai would let them control the circles if they had a say?

Rand's campaign lasted more than a week. The AS could move the entire army in 5 minutes.
