It's about 3 entries down from this one in a post by Insomdeon titled "Damane Can't Travel". (I've provided a link to darius_sedai's post.)

I don't mean to sound like a hardass, it's just that I've seen it happen time and time again on this MB, where someone starts a new thread because they want everyone to see their post. There's nothing wrong with that, except that quite often a previous post was discussing the exact same thing, and people have been contributing their input on the subject. Then that post gets buried beneath a bunch of others and basically ends up dying, taking the useful information with it.

That's why the admins kindly ask everyone to check the MB for related posts before you make a new one. Chances are, if you just thought of something, someone else probably beat you to it.
