Cadsuane says that the three Sisters are there for insurance, not because it's what's needed to hold Semirhage.

We know for certain that two women can hold Nynaeve. Why would Semirhage be different?


I somewhat agree. The two black ajah holding Nynaeve in Ebou Dar is the example you refer to, right? The question is, was Nynaeve at full strength then, or has Nynaeve been growing in strength after that? If Nynaeve was not at full strength, then that changes things.


We don't know. Nynaeve never describes a gain in strength after FoH.
