it was Elayne who failed to unravel the weave, not Avi *NM*

The super weapon was when Aviendha unravels (well...she fails at unraveling the gateway) from the Kin's farm to Andor. The explosion from the gateway imploding on itself blasted everything in a huge radius around the gateway. The Seanchan do not have anything capable of this power. From the Seanchan point of view, they sensed the Bowl of the Winds being used. Then right after that, this huge explosion occurs that wipes out everything. The Seanchan probably think the Bowl of the Winds is the secret Aes Sedai weapon. Of course, they don't know what really happened, but they think they can find out and copy it for themselve.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.
Learning traveling will help the Seanchan, but the AS still have the advantage.

No, the superpower is the "atomic bomb-like" weapon at the Kin's farm that melted sand.

So can soldiers. Lots of Taraboners, Altarans, etc in Seanchan army.

Oh, yes. Because damane NEVER fight soldiers, and would thus ignore them.

Rand's campaign lasted more than a week. The AS could move the entire army in 5 minutes.
