Traveling does not involve the power, other than the making.

It is more about knowing how to do it and being able to create oneness between twon locations.

I propose the nature of the forced link will preclud the Seancan from Traveling. Damane wll be uableto perfom the necessary mental gymnastics.

This will in turn lead Tuon to realise the limiations the damane system is putting on the Seancan.

At the very least they'll realize that large gateways will be unachievable for them since damane cannot form circles to create larger gateways than her individual strength will allow.

For instance we know that a 4pace x 4pace Gateway is as large as can be made by any individual... even if you assume every damane is strong enough to Travel, only a handful of those will be able to make them large enough to be helpful in major troop movements.

I also think the raid on TV will highlight to the Seanchan that the AS and other channelers are far more dangerous due to the ability to link!

They can use the a'dam to force an Aes Sedai or channeler with knowledge of the weave to use it. - 16/12/2009 05:25:14 PM 662 Views
But that would be like what, 2 AS at most? - 17/12/2009 06:22:56 AM 588 Views
All you need is one to reveal a weave, and the knowledge will spread. - 17/12/2009 03:14:14 PM 591 Views
Well, the ability to learn from damane is still subject to debate .... - 18/12/2009 09:58:13 PM 501 Views
