It's even better when she reproaches the Black Ajah Hunters for using them as well. Egwene's scale of morality regarding magically enforced slavery goes as follows:

Purging the Black Ajah
Obedience to Elaida as Amyrlin Seat

It's also funny how she gives orders to the rebels inside the Tower and expects them to be obeyed because she is the Amyrlin Seat. If the position of Amyrlin Seat compels absolute obedience anyway, then the only real problems with this 'Fourth Oath' is its redundance and its ability to restrain traitors.
