I agree with your reasoning on this. Only one problem, really.

It seems to work out too perfectly for this not to be the case.
The only problem is that all three of the Aes Sedai you named were members of the Rebels. It might need to be more balanced in favor of a grouping that sided neither with the Rebels nor the Loyalists to make it past the Hall. Egwene may be the strongest Amyrlin in heart, intelligence, wisdom, the Power and courage we've seen since the series started, but she's still only the Amyrlin. She needs to work through a draconian representative system that will fight her more often than they will blindly agree with her.
What wasn't lost on me was that she still swore the Oaths knowing that her lifespan would be significantly reduced, possibly irrevocably as we don't know if being released from the Oaths returns your full potential lifespan, and also knowing that the strees of being the Amyrlin might mean an early demise for her.
I wouldn't be surprised if she was the first of the heroines to die in the fulness of time.

Yep. That's why she probably WOULD tell him, but she'd be reluctant at best. *NM*

Some presidents had spiritual advisors who offered guidance on moral & policy issues.
