The trouble Egwene has is that if she asked for any Aes Sedai with Rand to return to the Tower unless she gives a clear reason i.e. we need to check that she is not Black Ajah, Rand could quite reasonably assume that Egwene wants an Aes Sedai near him for the following reasons
1 To make sure she has not gone native and if so reeducate her on how Aes Sedai don't follow anyone but the Amyrlin, certainly not a male,
2 Find out what the Dragon Reborn has been up to, who he has been meeting with and what alliances he has made that the Tower will have to sort out
3 What are his plans for the future and how can he be controled.
Rand would of course refuse and Egwene will get even more annoyed with him. She will probably demand that all bonded Aes Sedai are released by their Asha'man. I doubt if she would want to release any Asha'man who have been bonded. If Rand demands equal treatment she will probably blow her top all together.

Yep. That's why she probably WOULD tell him, but she'd be reluctant at best. *NM*
