My guess is that Egwene will leave it up to Rand to deal with. She'll be trying to organize for Tarmon Gai'don.
I doubt Egwene will reveal it. I mean Egwene knows of at least two (not knowing Elza is dead) Black Ajah with Rand, yet thinks it fine and dandy for the hope of humanity to have two BA who could stab him in the back left there.
The first thing she should have done on finding out is dream to Amys and co. this knowledge if she's not going to send a messenger to him herself.
