Egwene as Amyrlin must assume that Rand is going to break the world again during the final battle. After which the people of the world are going to be looking for leadership, and that leadership undoubtedly will be the White Tower.
I just can't see the Black Tower allowing the White Tower to take the mantle of leadership. Also the Seafolk, Aiel Chiefs/Wise Ones, various kings and queens, Tuon, will undoubtedly take issue with any attempt by the White Tower to seize control of the world.
Basically I see some sort of council taking shape post TG with a balanced approach to leadership.
All good things come to those who wait.
