I said so a few days ago- Callandor cannot (imo) be only a one-time prophecy item. Saying that someone else like Narishma might use it seems a little wimpy to me. I think that Rand scoffing at it being "flawed" and not needing another tie (or whatever he said) was a foreshadowing that it is NOT "flawed" (just different) and will be a huge key to killing/sealing the DO. You know, if Rand can realize that he needs to work with women. The ending of the book seemed to show this can now happen.
