I can't really see him doing anything all that useful in Murandy with Tarmon Gaidon around the corner. He would be gathering a limited army in a location between Mayene, the Free Lands and Tar Valon...not necessarily that close to any of the action. And since Murandy is very territorial, with most of the locals paying tribute and loyalty to individual lords and ladies rather than the nation, it seems like way too much effort.

If this is where he is, I will be very unimpressed!
