As opposed to the unbelievable, incredibly inept train wreck that Jordan portrayed them as. And I think he did with with nice subtlety, and without directly contradicting anything Jordan had ever written. In short, I think he handled it wonderfully.
Also, Darius has got the rest of it right.
But he still expressed it confusingly. The clear connotation of the words as written are anti-Nynaeve. I found such a sentiment hard to reconcile with Egwene, and so criticized Sanderson for expressing it so badly. Also, Darius has got the rest of it right.
Your assertion that SANDERSON'S writing has redeemed the Aes Sedai image compared to Jordan is laughable. Absolutely not one single sister raised before the start of the series escapes looking like an idiot at some point in tGS, when the trend of Jordan's last books was restoring the positive image. Cadsuane certainly never got told off or thwarted as she did in tGS, and Merise shows chinks in the armor as well. The debates between Egwene and the sisters in tGS are absurdlly simplistic and the rhetorical and dialectic skills of the sisters are appalling.

Who comes out looking worst in the Egwene-Suana encounter? Egwene, Suana or B-Sand?

Yes. I admit to not being fully familiar with a third rate rip off of a language I speak. So?

How can Egwene know she's unskilled if she's never Healed?
