each other at the same time.
B-Sand confirmed that the channelling sickness was not caused by the balefire incident in Shadar Logoth.
I can't find the source atm, however.
He also said that Samitsu was wrong when she said the wounds were contained.
I seem to recall that he experienced symptoms while channelling there in LoC (when Liah went missing). I don't have the books at hand right now, so I'll have to do a re-read to make certain, but in light of what B-Sand said, it seems more and more likely. Remember that there's only a few days difference between the Dagger Wound and the Balefire Crossing, and that during these days Rand was unconscious anyway.

I believe he first mentions it in the tent in Illian when it's raining.. I'll have to go pull my books out. But as for it being related to the wounds there really is no reason why the resonance would only make him sick when he tries to grab the power. If it were the wounds he would remain sick while he was channeling and we know that is not the case.
As for not being caused by the balefire that could just be an AS answer. The balefire caused the link to Moridin the link to Moridin makes him sick because Rand can not distinguish his connection from Moridin's. Rand's iniability to distnguish is not caused by the balefire.
Don't have the books handy, but it definitely seems to date from that time in my mind to a degree I assumed a connection and wondered why Rand didn't see it (probably because Jordan didn't want him to and he didn't know who Moridin was anyway.) My first reaction is to say it's because of OP/TP interaction, but Ishy doesn't have the problem except when Rand tries to channel the OP. I don't think you're right, but can't see a reason why you can't be, and do see several in your favor. Ishy won't have the problem because he's the only point through which the TP can be accessed and never uses the OP now, and Rand would be OK to use the TP if he's just drawing on Ishy's access.

I'm pretty sure that Rand never exeprienced any sickness until after SL...

But why wouldn't the antagonism continue during the channeling, not just the seizing. *NM*
