If Semi was balefired and she made Rand strangle Min, then shouldn't the bruises on her neck not appear?

Egwene knew where she was going and was still worried about landing in the right place. Up until this point we've rarely seen anyone travel indoors to a place they don't know. Whether this is a Sanderson twist or always been the case she specifically mentions visualizing the room
