Actually, you are adding a word that isn't there. - Edit 1

That there are six female channelers in the series (i.e. named characters) above Nynaeve on the list. Most likely there are other stronger damane, Ayyad or channelers in the Land of the Madmen, who will never be named.

However, to have a strength like Nynaeve is of course still a rare thing.

You add the word "named," but that isn't quite what Brandon said.

From KCF's report, here is what Brandon said:

Robert Jordan has a list of all the channeler’s strengths. On that list, only 6 people are stronger than Nynaeve. It’s such a rare event that pretty much anytime we meet someone stronger than her, it’s explicitly said. There are two One Power strength scales – an ‘old’ and a ‘new’. Nynaeve was the top of the female list for the ‘old’ list. Six are stronger on the ‘new’ list.

Nowhere does Brandon use the term "named," which I'm assuming you've added either by mistake or else to make Nynaeve appear less than she really is?

Please note Brandon said the list is of "all" the channelers. And we also learned from Brandon that when he asked Maria for a list of who was traveling with Perrin that he got a huge document listing a ton of people from Emond's field who had never even appeared in the books yet. So that is evidence that RJ actually does have names for some people not named yet.
