This is honestly kind of ridiculous. As far as I can tell, it's one of the few superweapons the forces of the Shadow have, and we haven't seen it used at ALL.

I mean, the Council of Thirteen of the Black Ajah would be perfect for this. Whenever you have a new recruit, "turn" them. That way, even if they're like Verin and plan to betray you, they'll be evil enough not to want to.

It was a bit difficult to do when Travelling was forgotten, but now? All it takes is a small strike force.



I know we don't know specifics- how long the ritual takes, how drastic the effects are, how noticable the effects are... but surely SOMETHING could be done!
