That Tuon's strongest damane Sera is most likely stronger than the regular damane Alivia, a possible list!
I agree that one really has to be careful what to believe BS. He isn't such an expert and sometimes tends to confuse things (that's of course very understandable considering the amount of info in the series and from RJ's quotes).

Strong can mean anything - Egwene is strong, and Tuon is basing this on what she's heard. Tuon also has an Aes Sedai damane and she's certainly not extremely strong. Sera is possible, but it's grasping if you ask me.
