The strongest female channeler out there is most likely the damane Sera, because she is the strongest of Tuon's best damane. It makes sense that Tuon brought at least one really powerful damane, who is stronger than Alivia (who is just a common battle damane after all).
It is certainly possible that this woman is as strong as Lanfear, but I doubt Alivia is weaker.
It seems pretty clear that Alivia is as strong as can be.
