Thank you Ken for the report. You aren't pulling our leg are you?

It would be a fine joke if you were pulling our legs with the report. I've been fearful that sort of thing would happen at least once. Are you pulling our leg?
Anyway, the one power strength quotes were these:
Q: How does Nynaeve compare with Semirhage in OP strength?
A: I’m pretty sure she’s stronger, but they are very close. RJ has a list of all the channeler’s strengths. On that list, only 6 people are stronger than Nynaeve. It’s such a rare event that pretty much anytime we meet someone stronger than her, it’s explicitly said. There are two OP strength scales – an ‘old’ and a ‘new’. Nynaeve was the top of the female list for the ‘old’ list. Six are stronger on the ‘new’ list.
Brandon was pretty certain that Nynaeve is stronger than Mesaana, who isn’t particularly strong in forsaken terms.
Brandon was very open and willing to talk about this issue – people who care about these things should ask at every opportunity.
Taken in context, the "she" and "her" probably refer to Nynaeve, don't you agree?
Another thing to think about is whether the "new" list compares Nynaeve's current strength or Nynaeve's potential strength. That could change things in the discussion.
Your comments about Mesaana are interesting. Brandon seems to imply that it's almost as if the Forsaken have a different measuring stick to go by. Because many of the Forsaken are extremely strong, then Mesaana can look weak next to them. The way Brandon worded it, it still appears to be true that Mesaana is stronger than most regular Aes Sedai.
Something else to consider. I wonder if Brandon was distinguishing between quantity of one power that can be channeled, and overall "power." If "power" is measured by both quantity and skill, then that could change rankings as well. Anyway, I find your report to be really great. Thanks.
And then a little later you reported:
Q: Where did Cyndane’s new body come from?
A: Where have any of the new bodies come from? He then mentioned that it’s not confirmed who Cyndane is, though he didn’t refute me when we all said that it’s pretty certain.
I asked about her strength in the OP – Brandon says she’s very, very weak. This surprised me since I didn’t think she was that weak.
Did Brandon just say that Cyndane was very very weak (in general) or was he comparing Cyndane to her former self of Lanfear? In context the discussion first talked about Lanfear and then compared Cyndane to Lanfear. Maybe Brandon meant Cyndane is weak compared to Lanfear?
I have two other ideas on this. I'll start a new thread though for those.
