As far as this part of your reasoning goes, I've always liked the idea that after the LB Rand will go off to live in obscurity with Min while Elayne rules Andor and Aviendha returns to the Waste to carry out her duties as a Wise One, I'm sure Min will let him out now and then to visit them and the kids ;) When Min finally dies from old age Elayne will abdicate the throne (who *really* wants her to sit on the throne of Andor for 400+ years???) in favour of her daughter then she and Rand will head off to the Waste and Aviendha.



Somehow it never crossed my mind about Min dying way sooner than them. Maybe I just never thought about them post TG. But ya, Min should definitely get to have him for about 70 years mostly to herself :P

Now I feel a lot less sorry for Aviendha. I was getting annoyed at her and Rand never spending any time together.
