And I'm not referring to Egwene being forced by the Seanchan. In that case, forcing just means having to utilizing as much power as you can handle far too often; it's both strenuous and dangersous.
Was it Rand? I seem to think I remember him, or maybe Nynaeve, reaching their potential a bit faster due to using an angreal. Maybe Rand using the Choedan Kal?
