As per usual give a character a clear advantage and they'll think of 20 reasons not to use it.
I think the problem is that there are so many of us readers compared to the characters that we can brainstorm great ideas that make the desires of the author and the actual way the events play out in the series seem like a dissapointment.

I think one has to consider the Tower of Midnight in any theory

Didn't RJ say he wouldn't be writing any scenes in Seanchan proper?

Maybe he won't, but the next book is called Towers of Midnight which is in Seanchan *NM*

This is what I think. If anything happens in Seanchan it'll just be the throne being moved *NM*

I highly doubt it will be just the throne being moved... the name of the book is Towers of Midnight

The title carries symbolic and poetic value, with or without events happening in Seanchan. *NM*

You could be right... I guess it depends on how much of the chaos in Seanchan gets wrapped up

I'm thinking that Rand, Mat and Perrin visit Tuon/Fortuona next.
